Features and Specifications

The color schema of ET-AR506-BK packaging is pretty soothing as it combines soft colors with black. On the side of the packaging we found some features and specifications of ET-AR506-BK. It is a smart way to give a customer heads up on what they are looking at. ET-AR506-BK Also has two handles as the package is rather heavy.

Out of the box

ET-AR506-BK is nicely packaged in the plastic foam and in the plastic bags to protect against any shipping scratches and dings. Everything in the box was very secured so nothing would of got damaged. Arion ET-AR506-BK comes with the actual unit, User manual and 3.5mm to RCA audio cable. The 3.5 mm to RCA cable is being used to connect your out source to in source on the Arion.

Side Notes

Satellite Speaker

We also found a small side note which stated that certain headphones with low impedance values might experience difficulties with this system. There is no fix for this as you would have to change your earphones to get optimal sound. The Satellites speakers dimensions are 3.94 x 10.52 x 4.93 inches and 12.5 Watts RMS x2 drivers. The main Sub woofer is 6.58 x 12.05 x 9.49 inches and 25 Watts RMS x 1. The Satellites have Dual 3-inch midrange and 1-inch tweeter and Sub woofer has Dual 5-inch driver.

Front Shot

Rubber Feet

The quality of drivers is so so but they don't look all that bad considering this is "on the budget" system. These drivers produce a great separation of sound so you can hear all the highs and lows pretty clearly. Each speaker sits on four rubber feet to keep the speakers firm on the surface.

RCA Connector

Real Wood Construction

Each Satellite speaker is connected to the base unit via RCA connector. The length of the wire is about 3 feet which is plenty for any simple installation. The quality of the shell is made from a solid wood material. This greatly aids in the quality of the sound drivers produce.

Remote

Earphone Jack

ET-AR506-BK also has a remote that comes in handy. The earphone jack is right on the front of the remote. If you would like to plug your earphones in, this would be the place. It has a stylish logo of Eagle right on the front of the remote.

Mute Button

Volume Knob

On the right side of the remote is a handy mute switch and on the left side of the remote is the volume control knob. The remote is rather long, about three feet and definitely comes in handy if you are a gamer or a general user.

Ready to Rock

The whole set up took close to 2 minutes to open up and get going. Very easy installation and the whole system looks great!

Observation

We played around with Arion ET-AR506-BK for a few hours and our first impressions of the system was 9 out of 10. We used every external source we could find to test out the ET-AR506-BK and from our findings Arion has performed very well. The quality of sound was pretty good and everything time we heard an explosion or a bullet fire we could hear all of the sounds relatively clear. After running ET-AR506-BK trough our gaming pc we decided to use our Bose earphones and see the result. As the result of this observation we couldn't not tell any real difference between being connected to an mp3 player or directly to ET-AR506-BK.

Conclusion

Comfortably priced around 40$ Eagle Arion ET-AR506-BK 2.1 Soundstage makes a great low budget pick for a simple sound system. Delivering up to 100 watts of clear sound ET-AR506-BK definitely does the job. Our experience with ET-AR506-BK was nothing more than great and we strongly believe that it has lots to offer to the user from great quality drivers to the real solid wood construction. The set up time to get this whole system running is very short as there isn't really much to it. I would like to recommend Eagle Arion ET-AR506-BK as a log budget solution. Great value for the buck!

Some pros we found:
