Building computers has always been a hobby of mine. But, with real life the responsibilities that come along with it, I barely have time to play any video games, let alone work on my computer. So, I came across the idea of having a system that I could easily hot swap drives and other components as I ran multiple operating systems for my testbench and for regular use. As I was looking for reasonable solutions (low-budget), I found the case from Coolermaster.

As a recent college graduate, I still remember the times when I use a laptop on a daily basis for school. I absolutely hated my laptop getting too hot when working on it. Things like not having the right table caused the laptop to get really hot even further. Although I commuted from home, I could definitely see myself needing a laptop if not for the cooling, but also for the ability to put the laptop in a different angle.

When building a gaming rig, many look at the CPU, GPU, motherboard, and now SSD, to use the most. Other components include CPU cooler, RAM, and maybe the computer case. But when it comes to power supplies, it’s not as researched much in comparison. The average gamer might think spending less on a power supply is okay because they put more into their core components. But in that process, you may forget that your power supply is the component that powers everything from your motherboard, CPU and GPU. If something goes wrong there, it could be the end of your gaming system! So, you’d want to look for a power supply that gives you a quality item, yet doesn’t hurt your wallet too much.
